Cambridge Scottish Society was founded in 1936. Its aims are to stimulate interest in Scottish traditions, life and culture, and to support worthy charities. Currently, a large part of the activity is centred on Scottish Country Dancing, every Thursday evening.
We dance Tuesday 8pm to 10pm at Lourdes Hall, Southdown Road, Harpenden with a varied programme of 12 dances led by a club member. If you have done Scottish Dancing before and enjoyed it, why not give it another try? Scottish dancing is good exercise for body and mind - and Reely. You will be welcome any Tuesday evening. Edgar Swimming journey - 2. After a long 2 months breaks, his swimming program is back on track. There is a change of his coarch. The former coarch has moved on to other venture unfortunately. We would love to have him coarch Edgar further. But he has his own plan for now. Perhap in future we would reconnect Edgar with him again.
